WHY is this user manual NOT in ENGLISH so I can download it? Mine was destroyed, and I have spent the better part of the day trying to find user manual in ENGLISH, so I can permanently ERASE all 19 of my recordings! Someone please help???

Is anyone from the United Stated using this phone because I inserted my SIM Card in this phone and could not get a signal. It reads no service when I attempt to make a call and the signal icon on the upper status/icon bar shows a red/circle with line...
