Looks like the first of the many touch screen phones to be forth coming from Motorola. Except for the low resolution screen, this one seems to have pretty much everything needed in a smartphone with decent price. Welcome back to the race Motorola.

Running Windows Mobile 6.1 software, the Motorola Surf A3100 is a touch tablet device with a customizable home screen. Consumers can access applications with the tip of a finger, a stylus or an omni-directional trackball. They can personalized home screen icons to get live feeds on weather, news, personal and work email, messaging and calendar events. The Surf can toggle back and forth between documents. With Wi-Fi and 3G, consumers can access video conferencing or update their Facebook status. They can also navigate from point A to B using aGPS.
