To parmin to do this go to write message then chose text message and then press menu buton then you will see input mode there you change writing metod.

i want to turn off the touch pad and go back to writing text by pressing the keys does anyone know how to turn it off... thanks

I got one on 2005 end of march and i used it up until a month ago. It broke on me and now the screen it totalled, you can call and recieve messages but you dont know whos its from visually. I got pissed and now i dont have a phone.

i got this phone for less than a month and it's giving me problems..ANYONE CAN HELP??
the menu is REALLY laggy.
the camera is NOT WORKING at all (showing snow, ones u see on tv.. or black screen) or that when enter into camera mode, it FREEZES
i think it's the firmware but i can't find any firmware versions to update on...
PLEASE HELP cuz sending it back for warranty service is the last thing i wanna do

This phone has finger writing so it's not junk and i there are many camera functions. Like you want any background colour you can choose. This phone is really cool and of course not outdated!!!

hi. i just got this phone and i cannot figure out how to use the software and download the pictures and ringtones to my phone if anyone could please help that would be greatly appreciated. I think Motorola A668 is 1 of the coolest handphone. My first handphone up till now, all are from Motorola but this 1 is the newest, latest and the best handphone that i got. There are 2 types of colour for Motorola A668. I got the black one. I don't like people saying Motorola is a piece of junk cause i know they are consistently improving with their products. The camera is good and when i went to the handphone shop, I was quite surprise that all the handphone looks so-so. I give Motorola 2 thumbs up.

Every1 is getting wound up about not able to print pictures. There is a USB port. The cable is supplied and software. Upload your pictures onto your computer and print! Simple as that. The cam is good for a phone.

This phone is so fabulous! Out of all the Motorola Phones, I chose to get this! This marvellous phone will be my first phone! The design's so ultra-cool, and I LOVE FILM-MAKING...so i am gonna get this super nice and awfully great PHONE!! I LURVE IT LIKE MAD! You guys should make more of such mega-cool phones!!!!! It's cheap too!!! WOAH!!!!

er, i love my phone, just that i encounter a bit of problem removing the battery. its too close to the phone itself. anybody has a way to make it easier?

this phone is really good, but i dont know how to change the FWR (finger writing recognition) into english. at the moment it is in chinese and i need it in english, if anyone could help it would be greatelly appreciated.

I have sent texts of this phone and people have been receiving them. BUT the problem is they cant read it without this message saying. "needs reply to view" so i wandering if any1 got the same problem, or even a solution. Thanks for reading

I love this phone except for a couple things I can't figure out. Like terry, I also get 2 text messages when I get a voicemail. Kind of annoying. Anyone know how to turn that off?
Also, I can't seem to get the phone to lookup the name of people in my phonebook when I get an incoming call. The outer screen only shows the phone number, not the name. Anyone have a solution for this?
