[deleted post]You can only use kernels that are signed by Motorola, moron, maybe you're the one that should check XDA.

If Moto won't release a new kernel, you're stuck with the old one, forever. XDA's hands are tied.

This monster phone should be able to run the latest Android version for the next two years at least without a problem, but Motorola will neglect it after two updates, tops.

"Hello, Moto! I've missed ya. You've been gone for a few years. Oh, I see you brought a new friend. Most powerful smartphone in the world? You don't say!" Ladies and gents, this is THE ONE for anyone holding out on Android. Take a plunge on this one. Spec vs spec, it beats the living crap out of any phone out right now. My iPhone 4 just took a giant dump after seeing this phone. TEGRA 2 is going to take Android on another level and Motorola is going to take it even higher with this phone.

Does anybody know when it's coming out

I had very bad experience with MOTO phones. You will get white screen after you use few months. Moto's hardwares are very cheap made.

OK now it misses the to be Complete

A) Wifi Direct like LG
B) Mirror HDMI output like LG

i guess both can be done via a software Update OFC if they wanna do it......:(

VGA front cam is a lil let down

SO in total they left few things to be Perfect this year

  • V

plus this baby dont have 8MP cam but a 5 MP resolutions sometime matters u know moto could have done it as they did in BIONIC

nyways do make CDMA versions pls

  • V

what will be HDMI output 720 or 1080?
why only 720 cam video?

rest near no complains honestly but those are real concerns for me.... :(

Too bad it's Motorola - if you're lucky, you get 2.3 before they drop this phone like a hot potato, and the bootloader will be locked. No, thanks.

Hats off to Motorola.

I was checking this video on youtube:

And I didn't know about this docking station which transform it from a cellphone to a "laptop/computer" device.

This is awesome.

But, they could have improved the camera.

Overall this cellphone is a Beast!

Biometric fingerprint reader. Hmmmmm, interesting! When the phone it is stolen, the thief can't use it, but I think there is a chip on the phone that will alert the police... What do you think guys? If it NOT has a chip, although this feature is useless, because the thief will NOT give you back the phone!!

The Motorola HD Multimedia Dock has three USB ports and an HDMI port enabling connections to a keyboard, mouse, speakers and HDMI-compatible monitor for working at your desk/office, or connecting to an HDMI-compatible television and home theater audio system for interacting with content and enjoying video, music, games and more in your living room.

The Motorola Laptop Dock has an incredibly thin design with an 11.6-inch screen, full keyboard, stereo speakers, 36Wh three-cell battery that delivers up to eight hours of battery life and weighs just 2.4 pounds. Users simply dock their Motorola ATRIX 4G into the back of the Laptop Dock to turn it into an active, connected machine to experience true mobility at work, home and playing on-the-go in a form factor that's lighter and smaller than most laptops on the market.
