Looks like a motoluxe, well it is. Slightly faster processor, and well TV. Atrix, not sure where that enters the equation, only that original atrix failed to sell well. Wish the UK would get this device, is it a digital TV tuner? Reminds me of my Casio pocket tv of years ago used that a lot at the time, useful.

It's j... morecant say a entry level but an advanced mid range phone better specs than xperia ray and neo v and even motoluxe.it is infact better than the orignal atrix but not as good as dual core atrix 2 ( low price clone of samsung galaxy s2)

This phone is entry level. And it's only for Brazil. It's just an overclocked MotoLUXE with a TV antenna.
In Argentina it will be called MotoSmart Plus. In Brazil it's an Atrix TV...
but it's just a MotoLuxe.
It shouldn't be called Atrix though. Atrix phones are high end. This certainly is not.
Anyway, don't hate this phone. It's just a cheap entry level smartphone!

Why my comment was deleted?? I will tell my opinion again. I don't want to mock Motorola, but this will probably fail! As I said, a mid-range phone need a Dual Core CPU. A mid-range phone also need a bigger internal storage, but powerful battery could save this model from failure.

Oh dear, who will buy this phone?? Even a mid-range phone need to have a Dual Core CPU in these days, and a bigger internal storage. If it has a good battery, they could have success, but otherwise they will not have with this model.
