I like its Claculator feature..its gr8,default wall papers are palin BAD,Sound quality is OK..could have been better, Manual could have been more explicit regarding GPRS connectivity..FM stero sound is Fabulous....Colour screen is good, charger cable could have been more roboust...ICONS are too small for comfort, hope silicon cover hits the market soon

Guys, I am debating between this phone and a Sony Ericsson J200i. The under features of the J200i, there is T9, but this phone's feature list doesn't have it. I was just wondering if it actually has T9 facility or not.

C168, Voice Quality is Bad. Not a good basic mobile to Buy. It is noisy.
I bought it for 3000, now ready to sell in one month for 1000. Company like Motorola should not sell such bad voice quality mobile.

I Purchase C168 last night, after review it's feature from GSM Arena. I found this cell phone quit good, I like it's design, Slim and easy to use menu and good key pad and also quality of heand free sound. it's brilliant. But one thing i dislike only is it's color which is just 4046. I think it's quit low resolution.

To Nitesh,
this mobile doesn't have computer connectivity, you can't connect it to computer by any mean. You must activate GPRS in order to download pics n tones. Just request your operator to send you GPRS settings and then you can surf the net via browser or download wallpapers and ringtones via MMS.
Also if you talk 2-3 hours a day then i advise you to go for another mobile from SonyEricsson or Nokia range. I am still new user of this mobile but it works only for a day under heavy use.

Hi Friends,
I think the Motorola C168 is the best phone in that Price(Rs. 2990 in india).
I give marks 92 out of 100.
It has very clear and stereo type FM radio. Headset is so good. It has nice Polyphonic ring tones & also basic features like calender, calculator etc. It also provide a large phone book(600)entry. I just bought this phone one week ago. I have now one doubt: Is its batary performance fullfil according motorola C168 specification page(Talk Time: 500 min; Stand By Time 340 hrs)? If it is true then i give points to this phone more than 100%. Thak you. Have a nice day.....

Hi, I bought this mobile 2 days ago in India. My initial experience as follows:
Pros:
Very good screen for this class works very nicely under direct sunlight, very loud and clear ringtones, large number of ringtones installed, every basic feature is available, phonebook is very large (600), SMS memory also big (250), decently fast software, decent battery life comparable to nokia, messanging is very easy, supports pictures and tones(mono) from nokia phones, software is very logical takes time to get used to for nokia user, customizing possibilities are good, quality of material is nice looks more expansive mobile, keypad is very responsive great for messanging, stereo radio sounds well, size of mobile is little large but very slim for this class looks very nicely sized mobile and fits well in large hand, free headset is bonus.
Cons:
Entering characters while messanging is little slow (off keypad tones to make software faster), radio catches only powerful signals, no loudspeaker (handsfree), only 3 installed wallpapers that too of very poor quality which degrades the actual screen quality, back panel has little backlash which makes cracking sound while holding fon tightly, vibration is not so powerful you may miss calls if tone is on silent mode, unbranded free headset.
This is only my 2 days observation on this set but I found it very good and recommends it to all who want a basic fon with everyday features.
