I've been looking at this phone as a cheaper option to otheres as it seems to have all i'll even require in a mobile. If it makes calls, sends texts and takes the odd photo, that'll do me. My question before I buy one though is; Are there any/many ringtones, message alert tones and wallpapers suppied with the phone, without the need to download? I'm totally uninterested in downloading stuff or attaching a phone to a PC, therefore if it is supplied with a few tones and alerts, that'll do me. If you have any info, just send me a mail. Thanks guys.

it is the cheapest of all camera phones (5000 pesos which is equivalent to USD 90-100 here in the philippines). the camera is nice, although you need to adjust the settings for desired brightness. it has 4x zoom. each camera shot has sizes ranging from 40kb up to 70 kb that's why its memory does not get easily full (1.1MB). the screen is also the best when compared to its price range competitors (128x160 pixels; 65k colors).
do not expect perfect features from this phone. just be thankful that motorola offers this one to "can't afford" people for them to experience something extraordinary which are only found in expensive phones.

i've bought this for about a month ago at first i find it very enjoyable but afterwards i found out that i wasn't satisfied in the phone's features, it was really boring there are no phones nor mp3, however i was really impressed of the resolution of the camera it was really clear compare to the other brands.

The phone does great for its price range in some areas but lacks some other features completely.

                        Besides, the screen is great

First the bad part.. there is NO Java (gamers beware), NO cable and NO calendar. Plus, the battery only lasts about 3 days with medium usage (around 40 to 60 mins/day active duty).

However, one can use GPRS/MMS for data transfer so i don't miss the cable too much and as I don't play games i can survive without Java. The screen is very nice, and the camera has plenty of features.

So if you want a cheap phone and enjoy the candy bar design, go for it but only if you're not the gaming type.

I just got this phone. Its colors, camera and slimness made me decide to buy this phone. However, I thought it has MP3 ringtones and a calendar. But compared to other phones which have such features, I could say that this phone is just reasonably priced. I just wish they could find a way that MP3 ringtones can be uploaded to it. Thanks!
