I plan to buy this phone. Can somebody tell me the pros and cons of C380. Can it support chinese input? Software oftenly freeze ?

i don;t know rusian and i managed to download and play the games on my c385.

nice reviews for the motorola c380, im interested of owning one, just want to know if the phone has folders for sent msgs? so that i may check the msgs i sent out, i used to have nokias for mobile because they're user friendly, what about the motorola c380, will i have a hard time adjusting? and does the phone have headset? or can i attached a headset to it? anyone, please help me out!

I managed to upload java games to my c385, using 2 softwares that you'll find on the same page: http://coma.fsb.hr/motorola/files/
PST 6.7 General and the PST 6.7 Patch (you need to copy the patch files in the instaled directory (program files/motorola/pst)
And MIDway 2.8
You use the PST to enable your phone to upload java app's.
And MIDway to actualy lod the games or apps you want.
You'll find detailed intructions in the MIDway 2.8 rar

None of the sites for software/drivers that have been posted below actually work- does anyone know of somewhere that does (preferably in English!) or how to make the stuff from those sites work?

I have recently bought the C380...and was pretty impressed by its functionality at such a cheap price...btw only one thing pisses me off...why are there pictures of flowers everytime i switch on the phone...quite irritating!! ...does anyone know how to get rid of the flowers?? i would really really appreciate the help...

Try doing a MASTER RESET...(you will need to put in PIN2 which is 000000(6 zeroes). It might help, but it will also mean all ur settings go back to DEFAULT. But when I load things into my phone and the phone doesn't see it..I do a MASTER RESET.

hy ya all!Great phone i must say.i've got a mini usb cable, and practicly i can put anything i want on it(in memory limits ofcourse).only one problem.what do i have to do,so my phone will see the uploaded games i put on it?i mean i have a jar file and a jad file.i uploade them on the phone in the java section,but then the phone doesn't see them.what should i do?

im very intrested in this phone and think of buying it.but before that can anyone tell me if this phone plays mp3 files?i mean those mp3 songs.
and can i get its software online to upload my rintones and photos to the phone?currently im using p2kman.is it compatible with this phone?

Hey Romeo Gal, great job on those 2 wap pages. Many thanks. 4 All you guys saying that you can't find the driver...I recommend using it on WIN XP. The one I downloaded came with a pretty neat HELP FILE which explains everything about getting MP3 on the phone. I downloaded mine from the net and it works easily with WIN XP. hey don't cry for drivers, you can find drivers, the oficial software, and games using shareaza, www.shareaza.com.
i made for myself some wap pages to download free images and mp3s.
i give you 2 address , you acces it with wap (you need to enable your phone by operator and set the ip and stuff), than use save for the image (it's Courage the cowardly dog), and follow the link and it will donload the mp3(Outcast-Hey Ya -10seconds , 30.9 kb).

don't ask me if is not working, i donload it on my phone, and the image pages and mp3 is online, so the problem is your network or phone setings.
I'm just beeing nice here, becouse it's good to be nice sometimes :)
