I was using this phone since last one year. The features and the lool was awesome but only the problem was on the speed of processing was too slow just because of RAM was only 512mb other wise the was simply awosome.

Bro in the age of Octa Core mobiles with 3 or 4gb RAM you are saying Motorola droid 2 global the "slowest" phone, its not Ok. In fact it is the best mobile of its time.

This phone started out as a decent phone when I got it, but as time passed it became more and more leggier and less capable, so I guess you could say it doesn't last for many years it will still work but it will lag a lot. Sometimes it may just randomly switch your music off or just turn off out of nowhere (guess this happens to everyone once in a while).
Trust me, I have had this phone for a few years now. I certainly do not recommend this if you are looking for great performance for years to come.

my son left this phone for me to use in india.
it was earlier used in usa.
their is a problem about unlocking for use with indian sim cards.

This has been my favorite phone. I have bought each generation of this model. What I really like about it is the slider keyboard and it's size. The newer phones are too big. I am going to use this phone until it falls apart.
