There were at least 4 Revs of this phone, some had the 1.2GHz OMAP4 from the Razr. The 1GHz ones were binned, and both yields can overclock to 1.3GHz safely in custom roms. The performance gained from this is virtually mandatory otherwise it is very anemic. The phone gets phantom touch input from 2A chargers in stock roms, but this seems to have been fixed in custom roms too. The nettop dock for the Razr also works with this phone in the stock roms. Also noteworthy, there is an OEM 2700mah battery that is also pretty much mandatory for any vaguely modern battery life, and comes with its own battery door. I had one from 2012 to 2015 and by the end I was running CyanogenMod 4.4.4 with ART, making it a much nicer daily driver, complete with 4G tethering.

      wow im the biggest fan of motorola phones this is way bigger than expected, cant wait until it get's to the philippines.... =)

        Important : why there is no mouse in the big middle button ???

        such as blackberry torch !!!

        it is important for internet !!!

        I hope the company review this specs and consider it as important feature

            Owesome Look Nothing To Say About The Phone Really When Motorola Gets Some Stylish Phone Means Its For a Dassing India Yet Some Place Got The Phone Rest Of India Is Still Not Yet Launced I Would Suggest Please Bring It To All Area

                Motorola is a great company, and they should bring all of their high-end smart phones 4 the rest of the world. I hope that they will bring this to Europe as well. Rumors are not always true. :D I also hope that they will make a Defy 2 soon! :) Seriously, we need WATERPROOF phones!
