if Droid is for verizon, is it safe to assume that the world version of this phone would be milestone pro? but whatever the name is, i will definitely have one!

Now this is a MY kind of a device. Great job Motorola! Only thing lacking is a Front VGA camera for 3G Video conferencing. Otherwise it specs are perfect for both business and multimedia users.

I think Motorola is making a good comeback with phones like the Droid/Milestone, the Droid X and other similar phones! And this, "Droid Pro" is also a great idea! This phone combines the coolness of touchscreens with android and the non-sliding qwerty keyboard gives it a blackberrish charm! Great idea!

As far as i know, Droid series is only made for Verizon in USA. Droid is the exclusive name of Verizons Android series. If this phone is released somewhere else than for Verizon in the states it will not be called Droid.
