It is the ONLY Android phone with a usable screen and inbuilt proper QWERTY. The new Fire has a much smaller screen with little better resolution (who wants to carry a microscope. Can't stand slide out or virtual boards.
OK It is a Verizon, but with input from Motorola will adapt to Australia - not officially available here. Just updated to ANDROID VERSION 2.3.4 automatically with disastrous results at first but settled overnight no idea why. Great fiddle to get it to link to USB on XP but Motorola have a great site for drivers, still many hours of mucking around but worked.
To synch with M. Outlook 2000 + buy Companionlink and Dejaoffice. Well worth it. Again bit of a fiddle but worth it in the end. Good support.
If only everything were as simple as my Treo 650 which I will bury with honours. Charging contact faulty and Sim Tray fractured.

You can manually update to v2.3.6 with Argentinian ROM but if you need root like me, don't do that as there is no way Gingerbread version can be rooted :-(.

My have 8gb micro sd card, about 1gb internal memory and 1860mA battery.
Now just have to figure out how to update it on 2.3 because I'm not on verzion.
Any Idea?

I just bought this phone and I realize that It does not have 8 gb of internal memory, it just has 1 gb, every site says 8 gb, but believe me, it is just 1 gb.
