ReVan, 16 Jan 2012Sadly I'm disappointed with the specs. When you truly want ... moreYou are disappointed but not me or everyone because Razr Maxx as a dual core locked per core at 1.2Ghz + 1Gb Ram is one of the fastest phone available in the market. And don't tell me about the Tegra 2 it's not fast. Talk Tegra 3 ... Moto will use Intel CPU technology for the upcoming phone which will be the fastest in the market as shown at CES. A single core locked at 1.6Ghz beat any dual core phone available in the market include the Samsung one.

With this new battery and the pre-installed micro Sd card added to the original tremendous spec. of the Razr will surely give this phone another step up against other smart phones manufactured by Samsung, HTC as well as LG. Leaving the other manufacturers with some catching up to do.
If motorola can incoporate the 4.5",720P display and the 13Mp camera available in the chinese version of Razr into this Razrmaxx, then it would be a top notch phone that not many other smart phones can compete with for a while.

AnonD-1846, 15 Jan 2012Moto Razr Maxx is the phone to have just for that powerfull... moreSadly I'm disappointed with the specs. When you truly want to compete with a giant and market dominator like Samsung - they should have released a phone with a Quad core or if not at least a Tegra 2 or PowerVR SGX 545 GPU.
These specs don't like gel with the name given to the phone.

This guy is in the wrong forum, he should go to camera forum. I love this since it has good battery, sleek and slim, Not s 10.8 mm square type brick.
Unlike those days now I can trust moto than anyone else,
Moto is now owned by the android company it self, The most trusted company in the world by rank today

Anonymous, 13 Jan 2012why the hell do you wanna 13mp camera in it? give me a 5mp ... morewell dude thanks 4 the tips and the loooong comment. i agree with u about the sensor. but it has to be both the combinations of sensor and the lens.
but the question is does DROID RAZR MAXX hv a good sensor ???
i think u should remember the nokia phones came with "Carl Zeiss Lens". picture quality was great even with the 5Mp.
but dude my point is phone manufactures r going with the bigger cameras and as u said the sensors.
ex. Sony Xperia ion. what im saying is if motorola included a bigger camera with a good sensor, motorola doesnt need to sell Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX,
Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX will sell itself :)

AnonD-34892, 14 Jan 2012Can anyone explain how a powerful battery like 3300mah is f... moreYou'd see that phones tend to have bigger screens and be thinner and lighter, in this instance, it has the same dimensions with the Motorola DROID RAZR XT912, which has a 1780mAh battery and is about 2mm thinner and 18grams lighter, so if you sacrifice the 2mm and the 18grams you can fit a bigger battery. It doesn't sound that crazy after all, does it?
And I have to congratulate Motorola for thinking that
