The sound is high tone, it has 16 polyphonic ringtone like C155, and V171.

I remember getting one of these new, as a replacement for another phone still under warranty which failed. This thing was built like a tank. I was really young at the time so chucked it about and scratched it up, but it still worked. Can't remember what happened to it in the end. I also remember the camera being really good for the time. The screen only had 65k colours but was surprisingly clear for it's day, when most other handsets had 4096 colours at that price range (IIRC).

I used this phone for 3 years. It had very good camera in those times. I forgot it in my pocket and swam in the pool, and after i got out the phone was still running okay. Because of the water damage one of the keys wasn't responding well. I also dropped the phone from the 4th floor but nothing happened. The only frustration with the phone was SMS mesaging. Typing was slowing down as you typed a message.

I bought one in 2004 by tk 9500. dump it at closet due to un avialability of battery in 2009. suddenly get a battery made by local technitian. and it still start working surprisingly. just woW......

One of the most stylish and lovely budget phone of 2004. I kept it for an year. Still remember the day i bought it.

my very first phone too ,,back in 2003 but it got wet for whole night by next morning I rushed over a store to get it back but after 2 days it got mad ...and once this started could never stop ,,I tried with every shops in the city but no one was able to fix it...

i had this in 2005, it was the coolest one at that time, love it. and i still keep it, unfortunately it doesn't work now. i hope i can review the photos i have in that phone.

i also had one. crappy camera, unusable GPRS. u need a special data cable to access files stored on it. battery lifetime ~3 days in standby. ain't worth it.

well this mobile seemed to be great.i like it. especially the idea of a lens cover. which most phones of today dont seem to bother with.so finger prints on the lens,equals crap pictures.
simple design, same crap menu. but back then we didnt care.
