No it doesn't, Edge 20 has no headphone jack and no Flipkart has no mentions of headphone jack.
On the other hand Edge 20 FUSION has 3.5mm jack, Edge 20 fusion a slight upgrade to edge 20 LITE released in UK, with the only upgrade being the processor from dimensity 720 in edge 20 lite to a slightly powerful dimensity 800u in edge 20 fusion.
