A few days ago, I received the Android 13 update, with the 1 August security patch included.
Today, I was surprised to see another update available, which included the 1 September security patch, even though the official security support for this model ended in August.
So basically, Motorola Edge 20 is one of the first phones on the market, that has received the September patch. :))

Just got Android 13 in Bulgaria. Updated without any issues. Only time will tell if it improves or worsens the already pathetic battery life. Shame, because almost everything else about the phone is fantastic - especially the screen. Only issues I've found are the poor battery life and no stereo speakers. The camera is mediocre but I'm fine with that, and everything else I like pretty much.

And 3 to 4 in YouTube with cellular internet and vpn and it's much higher if i use my house's modem

Omg I have the Motorola edge 20 it absolutely rubbish,well mine is,I've had trouble with it from about a month after I had it,it's constantly on and offline,I can't watch a full video without it filtering then it will freeze,my screen goes dark then black,when I try and play a game of Scrabble it will freeze,I'm taking it into the Vodafone shop next week if it's not sorted I'll be cancelling my contract without consequences

I own a Motorola edge 20 pro.. I have been using this since the pandemic.. dont know exactly when and I have been using the gesture navigation instead of the 3-button navigation.. and I was using the split screen fine before the new updates.. Please let me use the split screen on the gesture navigation option.. It won't let me use the split screen unless I switch it to the 3-button navigation.. I don't like it!!

Anonymous, 10 Mar 2023yeah right.... go back to your old iPhone XI did actually. I recently started using this Edge 20 as a YouTube phone and whatnot. Touchscreen issues and crashing is fixed now with software updates, but the camera is still just garbage.
Only positive things are the performance and the screen.

Motorola edge 20 is such a bad mobile phone that I will never buy anything from Motorola again in my life. The camera is terrible, the content of the screen is almost invisible in the sun, the upgrade to Android 13 will probably be when Android 16 comes out. It is only good as a third backup phone.
