BTW, apparently this phone also goes by the name "Motorola Edge Mild Luxury". If you want to buy it from Aliexpress, search for that name instead.

I mean, grammatically it does make sense. Something that is "edgy" is considered sharp.
However I also agree, the naming of this phone doesn't make any sense when you consider the history of this lineup. The first Motorola Edge phone from 2020 had an extremely curved waterfall display, so you would think the name "Edge" refers to its waterfall display.

I bought this device because the glass on my 4 year old Galaxy A7 broke. And I regretted it. Very. I needed to fix my A7. A word or two about the Motorola Egde 20. Why call a phone with sharp edges "edge"? Motorola boasts that it is super light, but it is only 5 grams lighter than the A7. It boasts design, but looks almost identical to the 4-year old A7. Like a square. The camera on Motorola is unrealistic, even when you turn off EVERYTHING .... HDR, assistant this and that, ....... colors in the photo are unrealistic, overemphasized. You will certainly not connect to the computer with the charger cable, because there is a USB C on both sides, etc. Wasted money

Extremely fast phone for the hardware but the software is very limiting. The back button can't be on the right, you can't block aps from accessing the internet and a few other small things but all of which can't be had with most competitors. Camera software is extremely bad as mentioned in the review. There's inconsistency, overexposing, color is bad, some options being left out of certain modes for no good reason and weird image size options for no apparent logical reason. Also, the aluminum frame is a lie, it's plastic but it does make the phone very light, which is a plus, just maybe don't lie about it.
