I had the Pixel 8, sold it within a month due to its narrow display, and the camera was also not as good as iPhone 15. Simply couldn't justify it. Moto's curved display is the most off putting thing for me.

Outstanding battery life , great screen , fast charging and it's way nice that. The pixel.
I had the pixel 8 pro and the only great thing about was those magic cameras hand haptics.
Now I have the edge 50 ultra and I'm loving it. Battery life on the ultra is ok still better than the pixel 8 pro

I prefer the feel, battery life and fast charging of the Moto. The auto brightness on the Moto is frustrating. In darker environments, the display is too dim. It didn't appear to learn my preference for increased brightness.
I actually sold my Pixel 8 and bought a secondhand Pixel 9 Pro. It has better battery life then the Pixel 8 and the selfie camera is better too. Overall, I prefer it to the Moto.

Charges at 2x times power than it's battery capacity. Only thing bad is media volume and phone volume which is very low even at it's max volume.

If they had swapped the curved screen for a 50MP telephoto lens, it would have been perfect. The curved screen is not practical.

The fact that this phone doesn't have a wired Smart Connect support* makes it a fail for me, especially since last year's Edge 50 Pro has it.
