Motorola Edge appears in first live image, will have a 64 MP camera
Motorola will unveil the Edge and Edge+ next Wednesday, and we finally got to see the vanilla variant in real life. A photo of the Moto Edge appeared on Twitter, revealing a three-cam setup on the back (the fourth hole is reserved for laser AF). Right on the side of the vertically aligned shooters, there is a sign, saying "64 MP | 16 MP + 8 MP AI camera".
This is the first time we see the Motorola Edge from the back in a live photo, seeing its glorious red color and a glass panel. The Moto logo appears to be just an image and not a fingerprint scanner, so the sensor is likely going on the front, underneath the display.
Moto is expected to launch the phone with a Snapdragon 765G chipset - the Snapdragon 865 is reserved for the Edge+.
The screen on the front is expected to be 6.67” big with Full HD+ display and curved sides, as well as a 90Hz refresh rate. Other rumored specs include 6/128GB memory and a single punch hole for a 25MP selfie camera.
