My last motorola lasted 4+ yrs. I just returned a touch screen that was "fun" but I totally hated it. This is a very user friendly phone. I have no issues thus far. I do know that Motorola is a good company and they make a good phone. I like how light wt it is and how easy it is to text. All I need is a phone to talk and text, I don't want to have to pamper my phone. I don't need a computer in my purse, just a phone.

hi guys, is this phone have security password on standby mode just like Nokia phones? Not just in start-up when you open the phone.
