maybe the touch screen terminals are disconnected. This is one of the causes.

No,this is not working fine...touch problem and low volume and when you press the one numeric ,the result will be unexpected,some times those are working ,sometimes those aren't.. i feedback is -ve.

I had given review about this Phone Motorola EX-119 sometime in Nov-2011. I am Still so happy using this Phone for its best in class battery life. Near perfect Touch-Screen Response. I love this Phone.
Hey Motorola Please launch more Phones like these which makes people like me fall in love with it and if you cant then atleast dont stop manufacturing this model atleat not in India, Bcoz I dont know if there will be a better Phone the Best Value for Money Phone like this Ever.

I lost 'Phone Book' entries on my Motorola Ex 119. When I get a call I can see the name of the person calling but it does not exist in the Phone Book. I also lost the inbox and sent messages.
How do I get them back?

This phone sucks!
Just a simple thing as the phone book where names are listed, when the phone rings or a text comes in, there is no name attached, only the phone number.
I have never seen a phone like this, what's the point of adding contacts then if their names don't appear when they call, huh??
Motorola EX119 has failed in more ways than 1.
