The problem i'm having is that i can slide to the right or left using the touchscreen but it does not select as in i can't select an icon by touching it. though the keypad works but i can't also select using the keypad, even if i press the enter key, it does not enter. what should i do? please help me by sending an email to peter.amida@gmail.com thanks

guest, 20 Jan 2013noJust bought mine recently. love the unit. smooth touch screen,a modified threaded view,called conversational mode. my only problem is that the speakers are kinda weak. compared to my other phone. also, signal is spotty indoors. it also has wlan for wifi available. overall 7/10 for me

Why is it that the keypad (R)is hard to press? What should i do with it?
