I'm Using the same phone, some .jar files also not getting installed in this phone. Its No.1 waste phone,
No games, no entertainment in this phone.
& Video recording is also worst in this phone.
Totall this phone is Waste. People don't buy this phone.

All I can say, DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.
The worst touch screen. It has deteriorated as the days have gone by; everything is one key over. If I touch 'P', the 'O' is active. It is baaad. The buttons on the bottom now have the same problem. I can no longer go back one screen, only to the home page, really fkd up when txting or dialling a number or looking up a number in the contacts.
NO wonder Motorolamobility is going bust, with software like this and the WORST ever UX.
Sad. That I made such a poor decision to purchase this phone.

My husband bought me what is suppose to be an ex128 (should be blk) but I got a blk & wht phone with the bluetooth saying ex122 when turned on... the specs are slightly different also....How is this possibly and do I get an exchange, or money bck?

I purchase a EX128 one week ago and all I try to get the call history for SIM2 I am unsuccessful,each time I tap call history only the history for SIM1 will display,what is the problem?

I bought this based on the quality of my older Motorola W376g. Unfortunately, I have a problem with this phone dropping calls in areas that the old phone never dropped. 2G wireless is slow, (It is 2G). Try to get a 3G phone if possible.

Don't buy its totally Chinese OS, no multitasking, not good camera quality, also touch pad is not good.

My screen fell off and i reset it myself.It looks like it has a blot on it now....is something else wrong and would i need to replace it or would the tech. be able to use the same one?

this mobile is not a good on internet.......so i dowload opera mini 7.O....now i load a photo on facebook.....tweet with experts....now it is easily to me...this phone'sqb video is truly bad....

this phone is not complete the sond is no good you cannot ear clarely, you used all the features on the pnone and it still sound horse the protective screem that sell don't work as you put it on it fell off..and its so darn expensive

dont even think about buying this handset..its horrible.better buy any other handset,the touchpad,network signals even hearing audibility is bad..waste of money seriously
