Motorola Ex226 is Superb model, You have to store all contacts in mobile & enjoy caller id feature also. Can any one having usb drivers to connect to PC? If yes reply me at sivakasi@gmail.com. Thanks. Very Cheap & Superb mobile.... @ low budget...
No steaming in 3g for videos.
Sound clarity in headset is superb.
Make a Buy. I love motto. But security is very worst... No personal security as in L6....

its totly difrnt good cmra good net opra10.1 if u buy it evrybody dont know its price if u buy samsung or nokia lg evry bdy knos price list & if micromax spice etc not branded so moto is very imprasive.

Moto Mobiles are indeed the best when looks are concerned..
Now, my question would be,
How to rectify the phone book problem ?
Whenever theres an incoming call, no names are displayed of the calling person. Same happens with SMS also.
Kindly provide a solution !

Just figured out how to use the data connection on this model and wanted to share.
To use 3g (only for sim 1) or 2g data connection from your sim card (that is if the service provider gives you that option) , you need to turn on the "data connection"
Drag down the drag down menu >>connection>>data manager>>3.data connection and switch on for either sim 1 or sim 2.
On 2g data connection, you can browse the internet on the pre-installed browser-Opera Mobile.
By turning on the 3g (sim 1 only), you can browse the internet on a much higher speed as well as utilise googlemaps if you have downloaded it as a java application.
Another item that has frustrated me for quite a while (to put it mildly) till I accidentally figured out how it worked would be changing the ringtone and sms notifications.
Drag down menu>>profile>>customize (for any user profile)
Hope these help someone and may I just say the user manual is absolutely sad.

@vilas u can connect ur moto with bloetooth directly u dont need any pc suite for that. n beilive me it provide really nice speed. i use ubuntu 12.10 OS and win7 to connect ex226 for net. dear readers this handset is giving u too much @ d price of 4000.

dear friends i have purchased this mobile from flipkart last month and found no any problems of purchasing it for rs.4000 only. it is basic mobile giving pleasure of touch and type. Just copy contacts from sim1 and sim2 to phone memory, it solves the problem of phonebook completly. its 3g wifi activited handset, however its 2g speed is such fast that u wont need them :) you can see a complete movie from youtube on 2g sim. hats off to combo of airtel + moto.

hi, phonebook problem solved now... if u have any problem copy your contacts SIM TO PHONE...then its work normal....

Hi, I am looking forward to buying a motorola ex226 mobile as i am pretty impressed with its features and looks. However would like a confirmation from existing new users whether the caller id problem still persists or not ? Also does this mobile support integration with office email ?

Is it a TFT Capacitive Touchscreen Phone? Or it is a TFT Resistive Touchscreen Phone?
Real users please reply. Going to buy this phone but need your feedback.
Some reviews say it is capacitive touchscreen and some says it is resistive touchscreen.
