Donot buy this ph at all..slow and hangs a lot....I got it replaced by co. Within 2 weeks and again it is creating the same problem

Hi, Can anybody suggest how to hard reset this phone , first i was using pattern lock and when i changed it to PIN lock its accepted the 4 digit password with asking for confirmation but after the phone got locked once now the screen in locked it is not accepting the password can anybody suggest how to HARD RESET coz the servicing centre says they dont have a solution to this becoz it is a new phone ...PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT TO DO ..HOW TO UNLOCK MY PHONE

Hello, 3 quick qstn:
1) I want to know whether it supports "Veiw & Edit" of MS office documents? and veiw "PDF" documents?
2) Also, can i expect good service support from Moto in INDIA?
3) The Cam is Fixed Focus and Not Auto-focus? does it still provide reasonable quality pics?
Just awaiting answers for this 2 qstn to buy XT. Please reply at the earliest....

Its a beautiful phone .....BUT...i had to replace this phone the third day i bought it and thankfully it was replaced by the company in four days but now i m facing the same problem again sometimes the dialer pad does not appear there is a total black screen but rest of the phone is working i m not able to make call during that period i had this same problem in my earlier set does anybody has a solution to this

i am seriously thinking of buying t... moreI jus got this phone 3 days back.
To start off with - The phone looks amazing, I mean the touch is very impressive and so is the qwerty keypad. U can type messages with ease. But the battery back up is not up to the mark. The worst part of the phone is the speaker and the audio through headphone - a total waste of money if u want a phone with good music output. The cam is decent though. Its 2.3.4 so the interface is very good.

sound quality is worst the earphones with it are 3rd class Chinese plastic junk .... but phone is good value for money....and the touch is impressive...but resolution is low.....and processor is low but they cant offer more in that price

Yes the right alt button is not working even in my phone. Wonder whats the problem. Is it a manufacturing defect or something to do wih the software?

Right side ALT button does not perform any function. Left side ALT does work as expected though. Is that how it is supposed to work or is there any defect? Please help

no it does not supports flash play(well if u ppl cn find it supprtin den tell me too).... its gingerbread 2.3.4..... camera quality is not good compared to nokia 5233... battery back up it decent... its nice combination of qwerty and touch.... the touch is damn good....
