Never buy motorola fire xt311 , purchased on 23-9-2011, given to service centre five time duing warranty period, they have not replaced the set, two times chanted the touch, reinstalled the program, still hangs,disconnect during call, switched off, touch not workingm ,

If your' looking for a good touchscreen android qwerty phone, this it.
but,
Android os is a bit too slow.
No secondary front camera,
Battery life is low.mine wont last the whole day if you use your phone all time.
Internal memeory is low abt 150mb. I havta keep on clearing data from apps very 2nd day.

I am waiting the new one as motorola informed me that they had no report for heating problems.

I got this phone today. Its a great value for money. The thing i hate is the very low resolution and ppi. Icons look bad and text is awful. When you scroll on pages or apps you see horizontal lines. Memory is low but its not that bad. You can replace the launcher with a lightweight one and use less widgets.

Very nice phone. The only problem the over heating after long charging in car while using it as gps. Sygic runs smoothly

@VictorDOH, 22 Jun 2012This phone sucks, just available 157 mb of internal memory ... moreYou need to clear cache memory and free some RAM before installing any new application. Mine one was having the same problem, but now its gone by done above trick. Runs fine.

I have this phone for now around 4 months. O... moreYes, I am facing the similar problem of display going blank intermitently (the only possible way of recovering is to remove and re-insert the battery). I did try upgrading the software to latest one. I upgraded the android version from 2.3.4 to 2.3.5. It didn't make much difference..
Also, the internal memory is very low compared to other competitors.. I am not happy with specs as well.

my friends those who r usings these mobile please listen there is an update available for these mobile on motorolaindia.com so u can update ur mobile to 2.3.5 at ur home just go the site u will find it.
