I got my motorola a weeks ago and couple of days back this scratch that everybody is talking about appeared on my outer display. I was exremely careful with this phone so it's happened not due to misuse, but manufacturing defect.
I'd like to know if anyone with the same problem tried contacting Motorola customer service and if u got any help. Please share ur experience!

hey mark seaman nokia is always best but motorola is also best not more than nokia nokia is ever green brand if u will boast ur moto brand nothing will come for u but moto razr is the best phone nokia is the legand

hey mark sea man u r thinking that all the moto phones r good but it is not true only motorazr v3i is very nice phone and the custmers purchase this phone only the krzr is very bad phone almost it is flop in nokia nokia n73,n72andn95 we r selling very good frm first to now we had not dissapointed about nokia products but we dissapointed a lot about about motorola phones mostly with krzr so i dont understandwhy u r supporting this company

hey ilike this phone but i dont like now because now the outer shell is fully occupied by scrathes and cracks and even with finger prints the phone is very glamours at the first but now it is looking very dirty so donot choose this phone even the muisc player is not so good now i want to buy k800

yes really this site is for posting opinions not for fighting i agree nokia is always the best and i like nokia n series but i dont have enough money to buy n series phone i am the user of moto fone it is working best

actually... this section is for giving comments for the phone... no fighting between nokia fans and moto fans!anyway, motorola is still GOOD!!but i know nokia is better in some ways...moto has a very good design and nokia has a very good feature!!it depends on which one that u like best!

its nice phone i simply love it but now it simply cracked and the outer clam shell became became very ugly now iam planning to buy ericsson iam very dissapointed the main disadvantage of this phone is cracks and fingerprints onthe outer clamshell my sincere advice is don t buy this phone i sufferd a lot with this phone

some guys who think that only nokia rocks is a total boob!i mean hello,nokia is such a wannabe for motorola seeing that motorola has great sales..they tried to make the design of their new N series phones to be thin just like the Razr!!
and this phone is F.A.B!i love it..
some are losers to be such judgemental..

Hi my friend, If you want to replace your ipod, I don't think this is the phone for you, perhaps you could do more with a 'W' series Sony Ericsson, they are designed to play music. This phone has a universal miniusb conector, if you want to use a 3.5mm plug, you need to get an adaptor. The music player is very good and the sound excelent but the memory is not that large. Regards.

Hey, thanks for posting the details on the phone, I just changed my mind to get this instead of an n95, and my ipod just broke, so does this fone have the 3.5 mm thing for the headphones? thanks.

Dear friend the k1 and the z3 are basically the same, there are minor differences in functions. THe k1 is a clamshell design and the z3 is a slider. The z3 has a led to illuminate a picture but no more. My advise for you is to buy the one that you like the most.

play from the Digital Audio Player (placed where the games are in your phone), not from the 'sound profiles'. You can even close your phone and it will continue playing.

Mark, you got it right! My k1 is still perfect, no scratches or anything. It's a gr8 phone.
