I actually like the K1, however, I do agree with the comments about the fingerprints on the front panel, I am constantly wiping it on my shirt to get them off. I've also had mine for just over a week and I too have had the front panel glass crack on me, and I have NEVER dropped it. It seemed to happen overnight. The only reason I can come up with, is maybe heated a bit when rubbed and cracked from that. It's all a bit mysterious really!!!

i bought this phone few days ago. it is a good phone because it is small and shiny. the quality of reception is very good and it is quadband so it can be used everywhere. the only problem that i have with it is that the vibration mode is weak. does anyone know how to increase its power for vibration
      thanks

          the camera is good?
if you compare to nokia's camera 2mp or se's camera 2mp...
          what is the best?

The only serious problem I have encountered so far is the very low number of volume settings for the MP3 player. As a result it starts with barely audible, next is too loud for anyone but a teenager and further up the settings go into "you do not need your eardrums" territory. Bluetooth is OK, so is data mode, so are most features and the overall design. It feels considerably better built compared to a Nokia, but and the user interface is much better than on the old horrible Motorolas of the 90's. Overall - perfectly useable phone.

I got a tonne of accessories in mine. But it was bought unattached to a network. USB lead, headset, memory card and other leads I don't knw what for. Despite that I dislike this horrible phone greatly.

Feels low quality and the software is dated and buggy.

I got this a week ago and it's buggy, the flip spring feels really weak.

The shop won't accept it back or anything. What a waste of money - £120 down the drain.

Can't afford another new phone for a while so I'm stuck with this.

It's a low quality piece of junk.

Beauty is only skin deep but ugliness goes right to the bone!

It depends on the retailer and the cellular operator the ammount of accesories that they include in the boxes. It also depends on the price you pay for your phone. Sometimes they offer a low price for a phone without any of them.

I got my box with the phone, manual, wall charger, USB cable, a bag to keep the phone, a blet clip case, a stereo hands free and a 128Mb memory card.

Sometimes they include a wireless hands free on special offers.

Don't forget that it is a very good idea to take care of your device to keep if in good shape.

I was just wondering guys I bought a K1 last week from a Motorola retailer while checking out the unit I ask the sales lady if the accessories of the unit is included in the package. She told me that all the accessories are not included. Even the UBS connector. Is this true? where in the package only has the phone, charger and manual?

Question to smart KRZR users: Is it possible to fast forward video clips in this phone? Does it have a fullscreen option during video playback? Does it support handsfree cause Dual bluetooth is too much expensive. I will buy this phone if the phone has mentioned features.

I purchased this phone (unlocked) approximately 6 months ago, paif full price for the unlocked version, and I loved it. However, a few weeks ago, the screen seemed to have developed some type of short. I sent it into Motorola for repair, but they are refusing to repair it, even though the warranty is showing as valid until Dec 2007.

Apparently because the phone is unlocked and has Motorola Canada software, Motorola US is refusing to back their product. In my mind, Motorola is Motorola. They are all made in the same factory and carry the same "Moto" logo.

This is poor business practices and just one way that they try to rope you in, then refuse to back a defective product.

Had this phone for a week, whilst it is a great looking phone - the screen resolution is rubbish. I'm used to a much higher res, the screen looks very old-fashioned, as does the menu system. And the front is unbelievable at picking up finger-prints! As soon as I picked it up, FINGERPRINTS - all over it. It feels very greasy to touch as a consequence.

You know what I´m tired that fans from nokia, Samsung and other brands keep sending all kind of messages despecting the motorola phones if you don´t like or have a motorola keep the comments for yourselves
