For sure... moreThanks for your answer bro but u see , when Android was 1st introduced by HTC a while ago , think it was in Hero , bluetoooth file transfer is not possible unless a 3rd party app is installed . They did fix it after an OS upgrade but not sure about which version is it . Anyway , as long as it can be upgraded , its more than enough . The keyboard is a big plus compared to nexus

Yes, the phone can be upgraded to newer version. Those in HK already got upgraded to version 2.0.1, which improves the cam quality and battery life. We've heard the Droid (CDMA version of Milestone) already received upgrade to version 2.1

I've used the phone well over a week now. I'm very much impressed by Android 2. It's just a breeze of fresh air compared to Windows Mobile, Symbian etc.
The phone itself is also truly a great piece. I am however slightly disappointed about battery life - i go through a full charge in 6 hours, if i use it intensively. Normal use is more like just under 2 days; one or two longer phone calls, some sms-es, some web checking. the layout of the phone is good. I had to get used to the keypad somewhat, and still like that of the i780 more, (Nokia E71 style); even though it is much smaller, i hardly hit the wrong keys on the samsung, as opposed to that of the milestone. I dont understand why the D-pad is there, so much space wasted.
then there is internet browsing - I get the impression that it's not really the fastest browser around. However, acceptable.
apart from these features, I really do like the phone a lot thus far, am very happy with it. And Android 2 is absolutely and truly great. I have active connection to 3 email accounts etc, and Android market has many great (location-aware) apps to download and install. The package is a winner - go for it :)

I was told Android v2.0 is not tat good , cant even support file transfer thru bluetooth unless u get a 3rd party application ? Is tat true ? Is it possible to upgrade the OS to a newer Android like WM6.1 to WM6.5 ? Really keen on this device but these 2 questions has been bugging me ...Tx guys
