i dont undrestaned why people are so into radio, i mean you can listen to it when your in your car ir somthing, and phones are not about wich company that are making them, phones are aout what you want to setle with, if you get a very good phone that looks very modern and have good spect and has every thing you want in a phone then gust get it, other wise look for another phone, we are sevelised whe dont need to use bad words or make ppl think like we do, its all about what makes you comftribul.

Just made a comparison in specs. between the Droid and my Samsung i8910HD because I would like to give Android a try.
My Samsung i8910HD is running the HyperX 1.25 custom rom which is incredible fast with a lot (180 MB) of phone memory by the way!!
Unfortunately the Droid lacks a few important hardware parts:
* The PowerVR SGX graphics controller
* The second front camera for video calls
* A (stereo) Radio!
I think I'll wait for the mass user reports before buying the Droid next to my i8910HD ;-)

and i still say n900 isnt a nice piece of technology. wats so high tech about it?
-its touchscreen technology is outdated
-it doesnt use the fastest procesor
-its resolution is not the best to date
-there r cameras with over 2x as many megapixels and far better quality (i know megapixel count is not the absolute determinant of picture quality but nokia said that their best camera phone doesnt need xenon flash)
-it probably just has a decent battery life
-it is not a compact phone for wat it offers
which component of it is high tech? its an average phone with a lot of hype.
and i dont care if u respond to this, cos ull probably end up buying the worse phone no matter wat i say. go ahead and buy a phone from the company that started off by making boots (and probably uses the same material on their phones, nokia), motorola was the first company to make a portable phone and their build quality is much better than the plastic bricks nokia call phones. i know this cos i hv owned an n95 and while that was a great piece of tech for its time, nokia hvnt done anything impressive since then.

I know you like crap phones that's why you settle not for the best, but like a Son-Erk? Did you know that Eriksson almost bought Nokia before, but they are so UNDECISIVE that they lost their chance and didn't bought it. So, buy any SE, we don't care if we lose a loser.
Nokia? Ok, changes models almost everyday. Softwarewise, even Danish people (and some Finns) acknowledge that Nokia is a phone you should buy if you want to "throw it away" after the battery charge finishes.
Samsung? Always have a problem with their data cables connecting mother board and LCD screen.
Sagem and Philips are better alternatives when it comes to durability. Try even a Toshiba, very good.
Now, let me see here, try to drop your phone from about 20 feet (6.2 meters) at the same time dropping ANY Motorola unit. You will see why Moto rules in build quality. (My V3X fell-off our second-floor. I'm still using it now, no probs. While my N6680 fell from about 3 feet [1 meter], and I have to send it to the shop to fix.)
Not a good bar for buying phones? Well, almost ALL cellphone users did had accidentally "crashed" their phones at least once from 4 feet high (1.3 meters). It happens my dear.
So, next time you make a comment, please review your statistics and don't blog with your heart. That's why God made a brain for you just inside your skull.
And also, no FOUL languages here. Please be decent.

p.s. If you want to be a winner like us, start changing your attitude and buy a MOTO. You can start with A3100, or even the DEXT.

It's the best phone that i'll ever see.
Everything that iphone doesn't, Droid does, it's wonderful and beuatyful.
The LG Arena and MotoDroid are the best 2009's phones.
I know that MOTOROLA wouldn't let me down.
