rebel, 31 Jul 2010let me know whether hard reset helped ok but im not doing the reset now as i wanna back up my contacts first by saving them on the memory card. How do you do a hard reset? thers only an option of factory reset. is it the same thing? And one more thing. i have an edge connection for my phone, when i dont need the internet how do i turn it off?

quick question, have any of you experienced the phone overheating while talking? if possible, what is the problem?. a friend of mine had one on telus 3g and this happened.

Do any of you guys know the purpose for that excess part at the right portion (when it's on landscape mode) of the MILESTONE? I mean, is it there because of the size of the battery or for the 5-way navigation key, etc?

No secondary camera! Records videos at only 24fps, it should be atleast 30fps. Class 12 EDGE & GPRS, should be atleast class 32. I'm not wasting my money on this.
