Milestone is running on Android, the fastest growing OS and is 2nd place after Apple in terms of applications directly available.
Android phones are very easy to use, I managed most of the tasks without reading the manual.
My Milestone allows me to browse the web just as fast as my PC at home. Android 2.2 will likely be available, but most users are quite happy with 2.1. (I'm still with 2.0.1)
Some complain about battery life of Milestone, but if they aren't comparing other devices with 3.7" screen, I don't think such is a fair comparison. I myself simply got an extra battery to "enjoy" my Milestone.

hy guys we can do video call without front camera.u know sony ericson t700 also no front cam but using main cam I do video call. 3g capable phones can do video call.but we need software.I hope moto people will fix this on milestone upcomming update froyo.milestone capable 3g so its simple.moto care this great phone.this phone is realy great.nice work moto.

guys im very confused between this phone n SE xperia x2, i feel low battery life is a big set back of milestone,also heard that it has many bugs.all i want to know is with the latest andriod2.2 update to milestone,does the battery life improves also does it also solves the bug problem? i would b grateful if sum1 anwrs my query in a genuine way. thanks.

hi guys had u ever use the MOTO PHONE PORTAL from WIFI....use it man i have never seen so advance technology in my whole life be it Nokia, Sony or whatever. For this u have to go to programme munu of ur phone and start ur Phone portal and connect ur wifi and browse all ur contents like Contacts and sms photographs wireless...GREAT MOTO GREAT AND THANKS

the Milestone keeps being compared to the X10. Even if the X10 has the 1Ghz Snapdragon, the Milestone works a lot smoother. That's because the Milestone has a separate chip for video processing. It's an amazing phone. Get it if you're looking for a great smartphone.

OVI, 07 May 2010No secondary camera !!! Is it really a smart phone? Many HTC / iphones don't have secondary cams, does that mean they are not smart phones?

Milestone is the best smart-phone on the market right now. It has got great features and performance.
By the way, you people showd learn how to write in English. Are you Chinese or something?

CJ, 07 May 2010Is the droid on gsm so i can use it with t mobile or not?Droid is only available with Verizon, but you can get the gsm version, the Milestone, and use it with T-mobile.

Just got a new update for my phone it works GREAT comparing it to other android phone i was a SE lover but now im a MOTO Fan!!!

- go back to the old days of Android 1.6 and remind others to download apps from market for Bluetooth transfer
- less workload on the thumb as mult-touch is NOT available
- eat / drink less because X10 is (way) more expensive than Milestone
- the other call party to know exactly what's going on in the background, everything else except the person's own voice.
