LOOK I have 3 of the 720 and all freeze up all the time I lost all my pics and thees are for my business I have talked to my rep for over a year on this issue and keep getting the run around.I have had it way up to the point I will shove all the phones up my reps BUTT at the same time next time he cums into my store.what a piece of shit and all he tells me is I am the only on with this issue B . S .

Reeva, 12 Jan 2012i got my phone in mid December of 2010 MTN (my service prov... morethis is exactly what happned to me . i would not recomend this phone to any one phoned motorolla many times .. tell you a thing once you buy proudct from motorolla you are your own they are no help .. well that happned in my case any way ...

i got my phone in mid December of 2010 MTN (my service provider)only had the Milestone xt720 and a Blackberry 8520 in store i had to choose and seeing that the Milestone was the latest phone to Motorola android i decided to take it 5 days to Christmas and my service provider told me they would only get new stock in January 2011. on the 8Th day after purchasing this phone it started to freeze and guess what i could not return this phone i cant even bluetooth music how ridiculous is that!! i have sent emails to motorola regarding all my ''error questions'' and have not heard from them in February it will be exactly a year since my last email... WHAT A WASTE OF THOUSANDS OF RANDS AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHH
P.S to top it all off i lost all my contacts :(

Along with all those problems, this phone also has problems with any SD card 8g and above, mine has fried 2 cards already, the only solution is to have an SD card 4g as a maximum. i am a fan of motorola, but they did screw this one bad.

this phone is garbage, i have this phone for 8 days and all it does is freeze up on me im all the way in jamaica and i will have to return this piece of crap i will not recomend this phone to anyone, waste of time and money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very gud cam especially since all the pics are wide.. but low on ram n the fone is damn slow even after putting jus few widgets on d homescreen.. te screen does not look so vivid n bright as te samsung or SE fones out.. batt life also suxs.. vdo quality aint all tat gr8 esp if u got d default 2gb card.. used it for 6 months n now te board is dead..

Iam not able to configure yahoo biz mail i get an error saying username or pasword incorrect and Auth XYM Cookie Failed.

Yes, u can transfer file via Blutooth tool available in Android Market, but i need FM transmitter is there any possibility.
Skype Video Calling Not possible otherwise is a good phone especially browing 3G screen size , touch sensitivity and drop down resistance.

i had got a motorola xt720 from south korea (was being used in south korea) but when i insert a SIM of any cellular network of pakistan it gives the message " network locked" or "not supported foriegn usim card" how can i fix this prob????
