I had this phone since 2018. It was one of my best purchases. I bought it for less than 100€ when it was on sale. I have only recently encountered some bugs, which I will list from most to least frequent:
- Wallpaper changes to default one after I reboot my phone
- When battery reaches less than 30%, it drains fast, in a matter of minutes
- Phone doesn't charge unless the charger is in a very specific position and it disconnects easily
- Navigation bar stops working
- Shows incorrect battery percentage and sometimes restarts randomly (this was what convinced me to get a new phone, as I don't want to deal with this problem)
As I said, I will get a new phone soon, but I am still satisfied with this one. It's still useable despite all these problems.

If someone has a problem with the charging connector, don't charge it with a car battery charger, try for example an old 500mah one. It already charges in about 8 hours, a sure success. Anyway, it's a good little phone, but this mediatek processor unfortunately shows its form: sometimes it freezes, instagram is ugly, videos are horrible, many apks don't even start, like on a qualcomm.

Still having this phone and it's great for basic tasks (youtube, facebook etc) not for games but still a good backup phone.

I have two units and still using these today. Battery still okay with on screen time averaging 5-6 hours (majority on wifi, sometimes 3G or 4G SIM).
No complaint on functionality but honestly it is becoming slower than it used to be... must be because newer version of apps giving more load

Very easily one of the most reliable phones I've ever used. 5 years and it still hasn't gotten a single crack or scratch despite me accidentally dropping it more times than I can count.
Storage is an issue, but it is easily resolved with SD cards.
If you're an average person that only uses their phone for messages, youtube or mail/a job, this phone is definitely going to be yours for at least another year. If you don't break it from dropping it, that is.

I have been using this phone almost for the past 4 years. This is a realiably good one and far better than most models of Samsung I have sued. In fact, I condemned a new Samsung and started using this again after once keeping in shelf as outdated.

Mr Bhat, 27 Jun 2021I have the same problem like you , charging problem but aft... morei've had this phone as well for a few years now and can tell its coming to the end of its life, the moto G8 or G9 (main difference is camera quality) is basically the current version of this phone for around the same price i paid for the moto C back when i bought it

Judging by other people's experience, this is one of the most reliable and durable phones ever, it's stock Android so no lag whatsoever but I don't use it for anything else but messaging and Youtube. I only wish it had more RAM and storage but that's manageable with SD cards. It is a really good phone, I hope I didn't jinx it now lol.

It was a decent but not good device. This device was not good for Roblox and other games.
And this device was just an absolute great device until 6 months when it started to lag.
And that 5 watt charger charged like a 2 watt charger once, I plugged the adapter in, and stuck at one percent for ages. Once I charged it overnight, from 9%, and it managed to get to 62%. So I'm not going to use this again. Also the large problem is memory. The cache is building up and every 2 days even 1, I have to clear the cache because about 2GB of memory is down the toilet. And to retrieve that, I have to clear the cache.

Bought this phone soon after it came out and it's still my main device. Absolutely no lag, just as smooth as it was almost 4 years ago. Battery still easily lasts you up to two days (maybe even 3 with lesser usage). Pretty much the only downside of this phone is it's below average camera but even then, in good lighting, the camera still holds up and provides good photos

have been used this phone for last 4 years. my kids also used to play games hardly. amazingly this moto c still works perfectly. no lag. no battery drained and etc. simply an the strongest cheap phone i ever had.
