I've had this phone for about two weeks and in that time it's almost driven me insane. I add people to my contacts list and the next day (or often even sooner) I open the list and they've disappeared again. This happens over and over again.
I am in the middle of a game, eg Sudoku, when the phone suddenly closes the app and I find myself back on the home screen and have to start again. It does the same thing with articles I'm reading, before I finish reading it suddenly closes the page and most of the time I'm unable to find the article again.
It's also V-E-R-Y slow, it takes ages to open up a link or to move from one page to another, I often have time to pour another cup of tea before it gets there.
There are other problems but I don't have time to list them all. This is without doubt the worse phone I've ever owned 🤬

I tried the 8GB version today that one of my clients bought a few days ago.
It lagged just as bad but hey, at least you can keep more than 3 apps running in the background. Still it's a pretty bad purchase because for the price you can get a phone that has a real CPU like the snapdragon 480+ 5G or hell even the snapdragon 680 will be better.

If you try the 8GB is basically another phone, never hangs or freeze or lag

I work at a shop where we sell tempered glass screen protectors and phone cases.
Sometimes the customers don't know which phone they have so I usually ask for their permission to unlock the phone and check the model in the settings app.
The E13 is consistently one of the most sluggish phones I've ever tried.
It takes forever to open the settings app, to check the notifications and it even struggles at launching WhatsApp. Hell, I've seen phones with garbage CPUs (quad core cortex A7) and even those feel smoother than the E13.
It's a cheap phone for sure but I wouldn't recommend buying this unless it's for very basic usage and you really have no other choices.
The experience on this phone is best described as painful.

I've got a version with 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM. Bought it just for testing to see, what are the capabilities of cheap phone for this price. Yes it is a super cheap phone... But it is not worth even this money (in my case was 80EUR). It's even worse than I expected. Terrible device. The camera keeps on giving error "Can't connect to camera". It pops up, when trying to focus and lock the AE, especially frequent in digital zoom in video shooting. After getting this error, the Camera app won't start and will keep on returning the same error. Even reseting the settings of camera, cleaning cache and storage won't help. I could revive the camera app only after restarting the phone. After a few more camera operations the error came back again. They should legally prohibit the manufacturing of this kind of phones, no matter how much they would cost. Besides the terrible camera, the phone is also substantially slow, despite of a really large RAM (in my device, there were always 6+ GB free). Most of my favorite apps won't install, because the system won't support them. To be honest, I am a Samsung fan. But I am not trying to convince for Samsung in this post. I am not lobbying anything. I always owned Galaxies of S class. Yes these are way much more expensive with way more powerful hardware. I do realize that one should not even try to compare the E13 with Galaxy S. But when buying e13 I was aware of what I was buying, I did not expect any super performance and functionality from this phone. But definitely I was not ready for such a garbage. To conclude, at overall not that bad parameters for the price, even acceptable performance and okay, cut but still functional OS, the camera in this phone is awful. That's why I would rate e13 as 1 of 5.

Its EMMC 5.1 memory technology should no longer be used, it is very old and slow. There are cell phones that are just as cheap and have UFC 3.1 technology. This technology is faster and much better.
I do not recommend this cell phone, there are better options for a similar price, and I am not going to mention its "PROCESSOR".

Very good IPS display like Sony trimulious display only problem singlel speaker but it has ip 52 rating.

This is a good phone for work use mainly nut for a daily phone no bechuse it is slow to use when loading applications up like tiltok for example and the battery is the one of the best of you need a basic smartphone but the speaker isn't the best and it only has one speaker so I use my Samsung galaxy s21 FE 5G 128GB black wich I use daily I would pay more and it is a 5g device but the Motorola e13 isn't 5g compatible as the camrea isn't the best but it will get the job done I say go for a Samsung or iPhone.
