I have purchased Moto E4 plus on 16th July 17 and it started with many problems . I wanted to return it on 21st Jul but was refused to take it back as more than 4 days have gone. It is bad piece have many issues . I had good experiences other Moto series which I have been using since 2012. In this unit Voice is very low when some one calls ,It goes on sleep mode when call comes . It gets disconnected after15 minutes . I dont know whom to approach with my problems

It is bad piece have many issues . Voice is very low when some one calls ,It goes on sleep mode when call comes . It gets disconnected after15 minutes . Service Center in Agra is sitting on cell for last 4 days . I realised that it is not worth purchasing Moto series as service is also below par .

there is no mp3 player for play mp3 songs , and the camera is worst .it is not 13 mp camera and selfie camera is worst also..

when i don't use the phone is hang and not showing anything on screen and no power button is work. and white screen shows phone is use but i cant use it...

i bought Moto E4 plus 26 july 2017. but New mobile recived Defictive Pcs. camera performance bad. mic is not working. so Friends Avoid this purchase this phone. it is bad for camera & mic & network. anyone trying you . reply not reachable or switch off mobile. very bad condition.
