worst mobilei have ever seen
dont go for motorola products i have buyed 1month and it is getting automatic shutdown dont know why it is waste mobile waste of money worst yak.....................

I played subway surfer game for half an hour my battery drains upto 15% its normal or i got faulty device plzzz reply my replacement period is going to end plzz any one CHeck and tell ...(i am having doubt that my phone battery is faulty one )

I have 3g data plan but I can't g... moreU hve to go in the settings option and click on more and then on mobile network and thereafter select your preferred network.
if its still not working then it may be the server weakness.

Go to the settings and mobile network and network mode and select the WDCMD only. U will get the 3G network

Worst after Sale Service in the world:

I bought MOTO E mobile on 7th June'14 and after 1 month, the mobile has fallen down from 2 feet height and the LCD got Broken. It is a very sensitive Piece. On 26th Jun'14
I have given for repair at Motorola Authorized Service Center "Satyam Communications, Sector-18, Noida.
Till today I haven't received my mobile after repair. Whenever I contacted the Service center they simply says that the Motorola is not providing the spare parts. I have even contacted the Motorola customer care trice including today to complain about the product and the service center and simply they have washed there hands by giving the Regional Head for Services contact number and this Regional head is also not answering nor responding to the missed calls. I even contacted to India Head Motorola on 15th-June'14 and he assured me to provide the phone after repair with-in this week.
Today I contacted to Service Center and got the same response that Motorola is not providing the spare parts and they do not know when my phone will be repair. Immediately after contacted Service Center, I tried contacted India Head but, he is disconnecting my phone.
I never thought that Motorola is not able to provide the spare parts on time nor they are not interested in the customers problems. Till now I haven't heard any update about my phone from the service center. So I would suggest do not buy ever Motorola Phones. Worst ever service I have seen in this competitive environment.
