under that there will be other network settings.
you will get wifi hotspot enable /disable check.
it should be checked.
the hotspot name should be in the configuration link on same screen.
you need to use that name and password when you first connect to your PC.(it will show up like anyother wifi connection when you search on your pc after you enable it.)

Please don"t consider the reviews before 1 month because just 24 hours have not been passed that Moto E has been launched in India. So no body knows its pros and cons.
Even Motorola is a good and trusted company but if you see this handset on papers then its does"nt fulfill user requirements. The main features and facilities which a smartphone definitely should have, it does"nt and these are drawbacks:------
(1) No Secondary Camera for video calling
(2) Screen Size is less it should be 5 inch
(3) Camera is ok but no LED flash/torch light
(4) low power Li-oin Battery because Kit-Kat will take some more power with its additional features and the very bad thing is it is 'Non-Removable'
So guys in my openion 'Canvas A177' is amazing phone in this price range i am using it from 1 month, it gives all above features.

One comment ... moreyou can use usb tethering instead of wifi hotspot.. or else you will get lot of apps for wifi tethering bluetooth tethering and even for usb tethering. no need to worry about that. every android phone from gingerbread has wifi tethering option

Go to data usage settings, there 3 types of tethering will be there wifi,bluetooth and usb. If your phone does't have wifi hotspot then use Bluetooth tethering or usb tethering. Usb tethering option is only available if you are connected via usb to system.
There may be one more option to connect with windows system. It requires some setup, so I suggest first try these 2 then go with data sharing with windows.
Note: option names may be different in different manufacturers, but functionality will be same.
