yesterday i got the problem in moto e speaker not working i can't hear the voice like gaming music player n ring tone sound also i can't hear the sound ........I don't accept from moto product u r disappointed me motorola

Am using Moto E from October 2014, Now am facing problem with sims. Only one sim working in my mobile please suggest me to better solution.

I am using moto e since 1 month (this is true review of mine)
First got a mobile DAT izz a defect peace frankly saying this
Annn error is occurring that (un fortunately app is stopped ) I thinker its a cache problem but all new internal app also occuring
Datss yy I just gone for exchange
After datt I got a nne handset
And I am using it
Its izz a good one not occurring any error
It is quite excellent for high end games like asphalt 8
And camera (on long shorts) is good but not excellent
And sound is also good but not excellent (bczz it is too loud and losses a bass)
Battery is also okk up to one day in 2g
Over all performance issues good I got 4.4.4 it have special feature like swipe keyboard it is quuite awsme in budget phone
Guyss those whoo wantt to use features like performance , games and apps it is okk but not in video calling
Soo
One thing I am. Irritated about its handset worst one I never expected
those who want to take a budget handset
Its quite good in android
So guys iitt is good phone in 7k

Sim tool kit appear every time on screen at the time of incoming call.Its irritating.how to resolve this problem.
