I bought my Moto E in last week of june and it started troubling me from first week of september. i gave the set to the service centre and they told me that they will replace the screen. However after almost 3 week they gave back me the handset. but i found the speaker is gone. then i escalated this to motorola customer care. After following up with them almost a week, a person called me introducing himself to be the regional manager of Motorola, the person was shouting at me and and misbehaved like anything. It's really pathetic to that a brand like Google is behaving with its customer like this. Still now i'm slogging and i understood this is a defective set they have sold out to me. They are reluctant to replace the handset even. This is how Moto E and Google is providing support to their customer.

Best phone in the world.didn't have any problem. Only the camera quality is a little low as compared to other phones.

Sadly, the Moto E'camera does not have a timer option. Realised this only after using this phone. Missing such a basic feature. Strange to find why Motorola didn't include this feature at all

Phone is good but in camera when i capture any lettered page or any wwording.the lettersnot appear sharply they are blured.
Is there any solution?????

DON'T BUY THIS MOBILE PHONE.
Would you buy a mobile phone if the LCD cracks on its own with out a fall or pressure with in 2 months???
Would you buy a mobile phone for Rs.6999.00 (India) if the cost of replacing the LCD screen is Rs.7227.00, i.e. Rs. Rs.228.00 more than the cost of a new handset????
Would you buy a mobile phone from a company that adopts a dual standard in providing services to their US customers and treats the Indian customer below par??? (LCD replacement is done free in US for Moto E as the company realises that they are supplying a substandard product and can be sued for the same leading to heavy penalty).
If your answer to any of the above question is NO, please dont even think of buying MOTO E, at least in INDIA.

Awesome mobile I am using since 3months no problem I faced but only thing is camera quality is low when compared with lumia mobiles
