My motoE started to reboot every now n den, esp wen I need it most( like an emergency call or while using map/GPS wen i'm lost). And d most irritating part is dat d time n date gets changed after most reboots... Plz suggest something. BTW I've already tried 'factory data reset' and 'hard reset' itself...

dd das, 20 Sep 2014I used different types of apps backup BuT it always backup ... moreafter backup..... just download ES file explorer..... than you can move backup file to SD card.....Enjoy Dude....

Display of Moto E had some problem. I gave it to the authorised service center in Gurgaon. Got it back after a week. Whole body was scratched badly. Just after a days use the display was loose and from one side it came out. Nobody in Motorola has responded to various emails written to them. This is first time in about 20 years of mobile use that such a bad service is given and nobody responds. Now onwards, Motorola is NO NO.

Worst mobile ..battery life .hardly onr -two hrs.
photo quality from camera snap ...very poor ..
plz never buy...go for samsung any model rather than this ..

I bought my moto e phone 2 months ago.it is a phone totally worth its price. With it's 1gb ram the phone responds well and hasn't lagged till now.games like Fifa 14 asphalt temple all run fine without any lag.during the day the photo quality is very good,but at night because of no flash the photo quality is poor and no front camera means no video calls.

Good news for us ....
Few months ago, a Facebook account of Motorola Germany confirmed Android 5.0 update for Moto X and Moto G but it was discovered as a fake post and the company distanced itself from any claims. However, Motorola's Punit Soni did confirm the software for Moto X via Google+ by replying to a handler named Josh B.
Regardless of any information posted online, Motorola has not yet denied Moto X, Moto G and Moto E of any future update. Here are the details of eligibility on the three smartphones based on the official release date:
1. Moto X was released in August 2013 with eligibility of Android 5.0 until early 2015.
2. Moto G was released in November 2013 with eligibility of Android 5.0 until early 2015.
3. Moto E was released in May 2014 and remains eligible until 2015.
