MotoE Worst mobile. This had come with a design related issue of getting restarted on its own. Confirmed that by contacting other users that this problem. Only option is to replace mother board. Knowing very well this problem Motorola should have replaced all. This they did not do. So not a good product. Never go near this.

I purched Moto e one year ago and moto e2 3 months ago. now, moto e is restarting again and again. sometimes it doesn't switch on in normal way. same problem is now observing with moto e2 also. Big Headache! Please don't purches moto phones.

Its a good low price phone. u cant get better than it. first of all it has snapdragon RAM. battery backup is not very good but its okay.Display i superb because its a IPS screen. sound quality is good enough and one of the major merits of this phone is that its very very strongly built. demerits are 1.non removable battery 2. no front camera 3. no flash 4. stroage capacity (inbuilt) is less.
but over all its a nice phone with in this range.

Battery prob is very annoying.my charger went off within 6 months.Nw my phone is getting off every now and then . I couldnt do anything.i am planning to get a new phone now.

The battery is discharging very fast . moto e 2g(4g)was brought on June 2015 .How can I repair my phone and what is the warranty period.the phone is also getting heated all the time

i had updated my moto e into 5.1, it is good but applock app is not working.....................what should i do?

Just updated both our Moto E's with a new OTA update.
The update was a small one, just over 10 MB.
The android version did not change, it remains at 5.1 Lollipop.
Was probably a security update, but it has freed up some memory, & the phone is also faster, which means that there must have been some bug fixes as well.

Just updated both our Moto E dual sims with a new OTA version of 5.1 Android.
This is better than the previous version of 5.1, as its faster & does not use quite as much RAM.

I have purchased Moto E Dual sim mobile through flip cart during last year 1st quarter. It was running well until April this year. Later on it started getting switched off every now & then. When I contacted your service center in Bangalore, I was asked to visit them personally & hand over the instrument once & again to visit after it is rectified.
I am unable to go that far as the location is almost 35 Kms from my residence. In Bangalore it takes 2-2.5 hrs to reach there. Since I am already 66 years I won't be able to reach there.
Further please note that I had a LG Androi phone working without any problem. Since I felt Moto E is a better option, I disposed LG & Bought this. But now I am repenting. Apart from this, when I updated the old version to Lilliput version, The system became dead slow. Even to make a call it was taking 5-10 minutes. Hence I got it reversed. After this I am too unhappy about the product.
I hope you would give me a solution asap.

Hi there, people who complain about insufficient internal memory space error while updating apps, do this - go to settings, storage, clear cache . huge amount of mb size beds cached at times..so clearing this would give some Internal space. Also try moving apps to SD card as much as possible..then try to update apps and boom it works..I agree 4gb Internal rom with 2.2gb user memory is very very little..but by doing this we can squeeze best use of it as much possible..

After updating lollipop 5.1 version there is no space left out in my phone. I have uninstalled most of the apps but still my phone is showing notification saying there is insufficient space in my phone. I'm not able to update other apps also. I can't install any apps or games. That is too bad. Sometimes I doesn't receive messages because of zero space in my phone. What shall I do now??
