I am using mobile 4 month there is no problem but one day speaker sound is automatically off there is no sound when ringing or play music . all setting check after that phone reset but problem not solved. next morning it is automatically OK. I don't understand the problem.

To be frank its a good phone but after updating to KitKat 4.4 version there seems to be some problems like (hang) in my cell everyday.please suggest how to tackle this problem...Moto

My three months old Moto E touch screen was broken, Today, nearest Service center 'SRI SAI COMMUNICATIONS' Hyderabad authorized for Motorola, informed that it will cost Rs. 4000/- to fix it. One more surprise they informed me '4 days before repair cost was Rs.2500/-'. Already there are many complaints about the Fragile nature of the touch quality. Instead of helping the customers, Motorola treating Indians in this way by raising the service prices. May be flash sales will take MOTO to peak but ultimately good service will give you long life. I regret my decision for choosing to buy this product. I request Indian consumer protection agencies should step in to protect the customers.

three months onwords am using MOTO E is working better now a days always hang hang hang hang hang hang suddenly shutdown so...........irriting don't purchase it friends you need mobile purchase nokia lumia 520 same budjet windows advanced verson......................8.1

Don't think too much, if u got 7000 rs. U cannot get a better phone than this, u can bet, im using it, and fully satisfied, or 200% satisfied …😙😊
