Let me understand your problem, the 2nd SIM card tray is not functional, your signal is dropping, or the SIM card is not working ? Do you have a SIM card placed in the 2nd tray, as per software update if there's no SIM card in tray 2, nothing will display.

Im using Moto E since 30 days. Awesome set from moto. i updated to 4.4.4. no problems about software n apps. but 2nd sim option is hided.. do not on dual stand sim nd not open 2nd sim card...so plz sir help me.
