I use this phone for 3.5 years already. I am extremely happy with it. I never had such a wonderful device before. It is working absolutely flawlessly. I never encountered any bug or instability. All sensors and components like display, touch, fingerprint, speakers etc. work perfectly. The battery is like new after 3.5 years of use. Even the main OS updated from Android 7.0 to 8.1 without any problem and I was very impressed, because it did not require factory reset and all my apps and data remained intact.

I am using this phone since 2 year 6 month and need to battery change after 2 year usages. Experience with phone is good.

Horrible phone, its been just over 3 years and its almost dead. I bought another for someone else and had to replace that with a Samsung under 2.5 years because of how bad the phone was. Had many issue even after keeping it properly. Anyone commenting here that its working fine even though its been 3 years needs to understand that 3 years is not a lot of time for a phone, you are privileged people who get new phones every year or two... All need to see how horrible this phone was, even for the low price.

over 3 years old, still going strong. had to change the battery...but at least you can unlike many other phones. great for the money at the time £120? no regrets with the moto

My phone is just 2 and half years old. Incoming calls are getting cut off both network and WhasApp.Phone gets switched off on its own. Very disappointed. repair is costing Rs.4000 .:-(

Great Phone, almost 3 years of use and working and looking like new. I hope to use it like my previous phone Sony Ericsson K550i which I used exactly 10 years (and still working great).

2) InstaLl twrp
3) flash rom (and maby gapps if google apps not included in rom)
can be found in the xda developer forum, just look for your device on it

I personally use a unofficial version of pixel experience because of its stability, you have to sacrifice the fingerprint scanner and probably install other 3rd party cameras, but it's worth it, at first I didn't wanted to since in android 8 y removed the 3 main buttons and navigated swiping right and left on the fingerprint scanner because I liked a bigger screen that wasn't blocked by theme, but on Android 10 you can have the options of navigating with gestures so I can have the bigger screen, and regarding the camera you just have to install gcam 7.4 since 7.5 is not supported, but has problem whit video, for that I run motocamera2, or flash the anxcamera of the xiaomi devices
Now I have major compatibility and support whit other applications and it's much faster then the previous os, even after so many years it's running almost as fast (and even faster in other specific regards) as when I got it and even with such an old processor it's all but smooth, the fact that someone took the time to make android 10 roms for this phone, speaks miles about it (｡･ω･｡)ﾉ♡

i loved smashing this phone. i smashed it so hard, it was so tight tho. and it electrocuted me lol. but it was fun. 8 out of 10 would do again. 8 because it somehow got me pregnant. ? now i have baby.

I love this phone. Soon as it was out of warranty, I put Android 10 on it and it is great. More options, more configurable, more everything. Screen is great. Plenty big. Don't need a huge screen, if I did I would carry a tablet. I have multiple Motorola phones and this is one of my favourites for sure.
