And now recently it has started to have this problem where it doesn't open any apps. At first I thought it was my internet issue but later i came to know that my internet has no issue and it's the phone that has issue. The phone got an update like a month ago i guess. Maybe that new update is the reason why this is happening. I have to restart my phone whenever an app refuse to open. it happens more than like 5 times a day. Even when trying to pay online the app won't open. And one other issue i face with this phone is the lack of app lock. Even the new moto phones has this. Why does this phone doesn't have it. It has a secure folder but it has its limitations .

Cheap enough to recycle and replace.
The oleophobic coating is fine after a year, wet wipes and clothes were used.

Consumer Alert – Please Read Before Purchasing Moto 5G
I bought the Moto 5G after seeing Motorola highlight its display as being protected with Gorilla Glass 5 — promoted as strong and reliable. However, my phone’s screen cracked from just a small drop of about 2 feet on normal floor tiles, within just 3 months of purchase.
When I reached out to customer support, I was informed that even such short falls can cause damage. That response left me deeply disappointed, given how the product was presented as having high durability.
I’ve also noticed quite a few other users sharing similar concerns about Moto phone reliability in recent months, which adds to my concern.
It feels like there’s a gap between what is being marketed and what customers actually experience. I believe buyers deserve more transparent and realistic communication about durability before making a purchase.
Sharing this so others can stay informed and make their choices wisely. I truly hope Motorola listens and improves both its quality assurance and customer support.

Been using g85 for almost a year. I've seen a lot of people complaining about multiple issues. But personally I haven't faced any issues except a little network problem. And it heats a little while gaming too. But these problems don't bother me much. Very good one for daily use. Won't recommend if you are a heavy gamer.

Excellent phone for daily use. I just bought it and it already updated to Android 15. Beautiful screen, good battery life...

Someone please tell me where is the 4GB RAM variant sold, yes it exists, Lenovo's website and an official datasheet list it, but I don't know if it was actually released. Same with moto g75

Samsung service is better.
