Motorola Moto G8 renders leak with triple rear cameras and punch-hole display
Update: According to OnLeaks, this smartphone will be likely called Motorola P40 Power or P40 Note, and not G8.
As pointed out by some of you, this one might in fact be the #Motorola P30 Power aka Motorola One Power aka Motorola P30 Note successor and if so, likely be called #MotorolaP40Power aka #MotorolaP40Note aka whatever... Sucha messy naming sheme... 😒

Original story as follows: We have been hearing about the Motorola One Vision for the past two weeks. Today, a new Motorola smartphone surprisingly popped up on the radar - Moto G8.
Popular leakster OnLeaks has outed CAD renders of the Moto G8 which give us a look at the smartphone from multiple angles and show that it will have a design similar to the One Vision.
The main difference between the Moto G8 and the One Vision is the extra camera on the back of the G series phone. However, while the One Vision is reported to come with a 48MP primary sensor, the triple camera setup on the G8 is said to have three 12MP units. It's also 0.4mm thicker than the One Vision.
The Moto G8 will come with a 6.2-inch display like the One Vision, but other hardware specs are currently unknown.
That said, this may end up being a more powerful variant of the One Vision which is reported to hit the Chinese market under the P40 moniker. After all the G7 family just came in February so it's a bit too early for a successor. We hope to learn more in the following weeks.
