Anonymous, 07 Jul 2015Petan lock is not opne plz help meswitch off the mobile then Press Volume button & power button at the same time - now boot screen will come then select factory reset by press volume down button after select the factory reset press volume up button now your phone problem solved enjoy

Beware that All Generations of Moto G and Moto G 4G have issues with mainboard. I was told by a Motorola tech.

A Dual Sim Moto G that is 4G doesn't even exist!! There is a 3G version. The XT1068 (Which is apparently the 4G Dual Sim) is 3G!! The link to check the price goes to the 2015 non-dual sim version!! The 4G Dual sim version is due to be released soon. Please review this and remember to get your facts right!!

It is simple. In the phone settings, go to last option (about phone). There the first option is System update. Important: Make sure your phone is charged and connected in a WiFi network
