I cannot guarantee it, but the following information about Motorola - Lollipop should be correct:
1: XT1032 G 1st Gen === Lollipop 5.0.2
2: XT1039 G 4G 1st Gen --- Later ( Lollipop )
3: XT1068 G 2nd Gen === Lollipop 5.0.2
4: XT1072 G 4G 2nd Gen === Lollipop 5.0.2

If they say yes than that is good news, but if they say no, or they don't know than that is bad news - 8GB version is probably going to be correct.
Similar thing happen with Amazon UK in England, United Kingdom - Amazon and others are only selling the 8GB version.
- I was told that there maybe a 16GB; Moto G 4G, 2015 version, but if there is it will probably be about; June, September or may even be December 2015.

NB! It is now at least 99% conclusively verified that for the UK the internal Storage is 8GB and NOT 16 GB.
GSMArena claimed that the internal storage was 16GB based on information from Amazon UK's website.
I contacted Amazon UK, and was asked to wait whilst the person contacted Motorola.
I was then told by the Amazon UK's person that Motorola had told her that the phones, which Amazon UK would be receiving would be 16GB and NOT 8GB.
But, either a or the Manager for Motorola Technical Department told me that she had checked the phone records and nobody from Amazon UK contacted Motorola.
I think that it may have been somebody from Motorola stated that Amazon probably dealt with their Distributor.
I asked somebody who purchased a Moto G 4G, 2nd Gen. 2015, XT1072 phone who verified that the phone had 8 GB ROM (read only memory) and NOT 16 GB ROM internal storage memory.
One seller on Amazon stated that he had 16 GB version in stock, but eventually admitted that it was a mistake, and apologized:

It is ironical that up to now there are probably thousands of Motorola owners complaining about not having the latest Lollipop software.
But with the apparent severe memory leak of 1.4 GB RAM bug/fault problem, numerous Motorolas' owners must be relieve that they haven't got the upgraded Lollipop 5.1 installed.

The Chinese model of this phone is being sold for 1499 Chinese Yuan, which is roughly the same price we are paying for the UK model with no Dual SIM feature and half the storage space.
