I also dropped my phone from arnd 4 feet height on hard surface with screen facing the floor. Fortunately nothing happened bcoz of gorilla glass i guess.
This phone is the best in its price range, with key highlights(dispaly quality, stock android and no lags, voice clarity)

I too bought the product on flipkart had ... moreCan you explain how can you drop a phone from 1 feet, if you seat on chair as well it'll be 2.5 Feet if you keep your phone on Lap, also most of the offices have a Soft mat for flooring to avoid noise going to the below floors,

AnonD-219565, 02 Apr 2014Never even think of buying samsung ! samsung is always a better option than moto, as the display is very delicate and with even small drop the display will break into pieces, the display cost is from 7000 to 9000 told to me by motorola. hence u can opt for samsung than moto as you can get the parts is samsung for cheaper rates and the display quality in samsung are sturdier than moto and it wont break so easily.

I too bought the product on flipkart had hardly used it. My mobile screen is also broken, the mobile fell from 1 feet hight from my lap in my office and the inner display cracked but no problem with the external display, when i enquired the service center and motorola guys they say it is my mistake and the they will charge more than 7000 for the screen as such. We should not be the victim for poor quality check of motorola. The ability of gorilla glass is to avoid the shock to enter into the phone screen inturn protect it from breaking. Motorola exhibit only marketing strategy. This ear denotes the end of motorola history in india. Samsung and even panasonic makes better ones than these stupids motorola.

Hello all.
Need your help please. I got my Moto G yesterday and
I took couple of photos, but after leaving the phone about 2 hours when I again tapped on camera it said 'Cannot connect to camera'.
I then rebooted the phone and it started working.
The customer support people said reset phone, I did it.
TOday I was about to take a phone and the phone restarted automatically. Did anyone faced this issue, does my hand set have a problem?
